Description
You will support the employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, learning and development programs, and performance management. You'll act as the point person for new hires, coordinate global training logistics, handle HR transactions, and assist with special talent projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related discipline
- Up to 3 years related work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with employee management systems (Workday preferred)
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and integration of new hires globally, focusing on campus and early career hires
- Support learning and professional development activities, including training logistics and tuition reimbursement
- Handle day-to-day employee administrative transactions and maintain HR documentation
- Administer Human Capital systems (Workday, LMS) and update records
- Support performance management activities including scheduling review meetings and tracking outcomes
