Description

You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting care. Flexible schedules and weekly pay are offered.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current New Jersey LPN license in good standing

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with and execute doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
