💼 About This Role

You'll lead construction robot deployments and own the P&L of your projects. You'll be the key link between our robots and the construction site, ensuring successful delivery. This role offers extraordinary autonomy in a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan logistics of robot and human deployment on construction sites
• Manage and motivate on-site team; liaise with contractors and stakeholders
• Own deployment P&L and improve unit economics through process changes
• Drive growth of new construction projects and adjacent product lines

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in operations, strategy, or similar
• Fluent Dutch speaker required for local construction industry
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Strong operational and analytical skills for P&L analysis
