🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers
• Define priorities for fulfillment system projects aligned with business goals
• Partner with product, operations, and algorithms to improve fulfillment processes
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building and scaling real-time solutions
• 1-2+ years managing high-performing engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with Golang, Java, or similar languages
• Experience with warehouse management systems or similar solutions

• Leading distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ElasticSearch
