💼 About This Role

You'll embed with customers to map workflows on the Duvo platform, configure and ship AI agents against real systems, and drive measurable business outcomes. You'll own the customer relationship end to end and help turn pilot energy into production impact. This role offers the chance to work in the messy middle between AI, process, and customer at a sharp, fast-moving startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with customers from kickoff through go-live and beyond
• Map customer workflows and decide what to automate first
• Translate business logic into agent behavior and configurations
• Write integration code, scripts, and prototypes as needed

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles
• Hands-on with modern AI tooling (LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering)
• Comfortable with SQL, Python/JS scripting, APIs, and JSON
• Fluency in English and ability to lead customer working sessions

✨ Nice to Have

• Retail, e-commerce, or CPG background
• Experience with ERPs and enterprise stacks
• Additional European languages
