You'll lead market expansion and strategic commercialization in the recycling and circular economy sector, driving innovative offtake strategies across recyclables, organics, and advanced recovery solutions. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to identify new markets and optimize revenue pathways in a mission-driven environment focused on sustainability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute market development and offtake strategies across recyclables and organics.
• Identify, validate, and commercialize new market opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead strategic negotiations and manage commercial agreements for feedstock and pricing.
• Oversee facility-level offtake execution to align pricing and margins with targets.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in recycling, renewable fuels, or similar industries.
• Strong experience structuring, pricing, negotiating, and executing commercial deals.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value propositions.
• Experience managing offtake strategies or infrastructure-related commercial operations.
