💼 About This Role

You'll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of self-serve SME customers, helping them unlock the full value of the Airwallex platform. You'll drive product adoption and customer engagement through proactive lifecycle marketing and education. This role offers cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Promote platform advantages and ensure effective customer utilization
• Educate and drive engagement with full product range
• Act as point of contact for customer issue resolution
• Build long-term relationships and advocate for customers

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in customer support or account management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven experience in building customer loyalty and driving spend
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
