Description
You will lead and scale a team of Account Executives focused on net-new logo acquisition, driving predictable revenue growth through strategic sales leadership and deal coaching. You'll recruit, mentor, and develop your team while actively participating in complex sales cycles to ensure balanced performance and accurate forecasting.
Requirements
- Enterprise sales IC background with firsthand experience in complex consultative deals
- At least 2 years of direct people management experience
- Martech or sales enablement experience strongly preferred
- Mastery of consultative selling and navigating multi-stakeholder cycles
- Track record of achieving or exceeding quota as both IC and leader
Responsibilities
- Deliver ARR bookings goals for your team with primary focus on new logo acquisition
- Drive balanced performance across the team (80% of reps at 80%+ of goal)
- Accurately forecast team business performance weekly with +/-5% accuracy
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives
- Actively participate in sales cycle to provide leadership, deal coaching, and executive support
