💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial planning and analysis for the Customer Experience organization, partnering with business leaders to drive insights across bookings, revenue, and margin. This role connects operational drivers to financial outcomes, enabling efficient scaling. You'll build scalable financial models and deliver executive-ready insights that impact growth and efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with CX organization for financial insights and decision support
• Own forecasting for headcount, opex, bookings, and revenue
• Build and maintain financial models using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPivot
• Lead monthly close process and deliver BvA analysis

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of FP&A or related finance experience
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets expertise
• PowerPivot and Power BI proficiency
• Experience with ERP/planning tools (Adaptive Planning preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• CX, SaaS, or Operations industry experience
• CubeValue formulas experience
• Strong data modeling and integration skills
