💼 About This Role
You'll drive new logo acquisition for workforce compliance and healthcare data solutions at a leading SaaS company. You will own the full outbound lifecycle, securing $100K+ ARR deals with large enterprise healthcare accounts. This is a pure hunter role where you'll build your own pipeline and act as a strategic advisor to hospital leadership.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own full sales lifecycle for large healthcare enterprise accounts.
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
- Engage HR and Clinical C-Suite to align solutions with strategic initiatives.
- Lead complex $100K+ ARR vendor selection and bid processes.
📋 Requirements
- Proven success selling workforce or credentialing solutions to healthcare enterprises.
- Documented history of new logo acquisition in greenfield territories.
- Multi-year track record exceeding $1M+ annual quotas.
- Demonstrated success closing $100K+ ARR deals with executive engagement.
