You will develop and test strategies to engage and retain patients, becoming an expert in MRI imaging and disease prevention. You'll check in on patients via calls/email/text, follow up on recommended scans, and provide exceptional customer service to support their health journey.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and test new strategies to engage with and retain patients
  • Check in on patients' health through calls/email/text
  • Follow up with patients recommended for another scan
  • Provide exceptional customer service over phone and email
  • Record and report on patient satisfaction using established systems
