Description
You will develop and test strategies to engage and retain patients, becoming an expert in MRI imaging and disease prevention. You'll check in on patients via calls/email/text, follow up on recommended scans, and provide exceptional customer service to support their health journey.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, service, and success is an asset
- Self-aware and open-minded with high emotional intelligence
- Reliable and self-motivated, able to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
Responsibilities
- Develop and test new strategies to engage with and retain patients
- Check in on patients' health through calls/email/text
- Follow up with patients recommended for another scan
- Provide exceptional customer service over phone and email
- Record and report on patient satisfaction using established systems
