🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to maintenance and repair service requests.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and systems.
• Prepare apartments for turnovers in a timely manner.
• Maintain parts and supplies inventory as authorized.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of full-time general maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type I certification.
• Valid driver's license.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
• Knowledge of Entrata and CMMS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
