Description

You will architect and scale Copper's end-to-end fulfillment and service ecosystem for battery-enabled induction stoves, building a national network of installation and service partners while leveraging telemetry and diagnostics for proactive fleet health management.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years building or scaling service/installation networks for complex hardware products
• Experience supporting connected, electromechanical systems
• Deep respect for small service businesses and ability to build relationships
• Technical fluency and operational rigor
• Calm, proactive presence with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale end-to-end order-to-commissioning operating model
• Develop and manage a national network of installation and service partners
• Leverage telemetry, diagnostics, and firmware tools for proactive fleet health management
• Create closed-loop quality system capturing field failures and feeding insights back to engineering
• Build organization and operating system including hiring, cadences, and dashboards
