💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Platform (Core Services) team, owning core services and libraries for the Rula ecosystem. You'll build highly flexible, reliable, and scalable services to support product development. Reporting to an EM, you'll define the team charter and drive the mission of providing shared libraries and services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of platform engineers building core services and libraries.
• Define team charter and ownership boundaries.
• Drive mission of providing shared libraries and services.
• Establish SLOs and manage high-availability systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building backend platform infrastructure or shared services.
• 3+ years managing a high-performing engineering team.
• Mentoring senior engineers in distributed systems or cloud-native infrastructure.
• High familiarity with AWS (IAM, VPC, EKS).

• Understanding of Kubernetes for containerized workloads.
• Experience with eventing systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Collaboration on internal developer platforms.
