Description

You will coordinate critical treasury and investment operations functions across multiple evergreen private debt funds, shaping operational strategy, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring seamless execution for sophisticated private credit products. This role involves facilitating new fund and credit line onboarding, monitoring cash balances, executing capital calls and distributions, and mentoring a team of analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in trade execution treasury or fund accountant role in private credit/wealth
• Experience with Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, VBA)
• Experience with Power BI dashboards for liquidity and performance reporting
• Experience with ClearPar, Webfolio, WSO, and MS Teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treasury and investment operations for evergreen private debt funds
• Facilitate onboarding of new funds and credit lines
• Monitor cash balances and execute capital calls, distributions, and drawdowns
• Record and reconcile investment transactions including loan disbursements and repayments
• Mentor a team of analysts and manage task allocation
