You'll perform preventive maintenance on critical machinery in a 24/7 pellet manufacturing facility. Your work ensures equipment reliability and supports continuous improvement of lubrication programs. This role offers hands-on experience with diverse industrial equipment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble, cut, thread, and lay pipes; assist in equipment repair and installation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot motors, fans, gearboxes, conveyors, and rotating equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication as scheduled; maintain reports.
• Analyze equipment performance and make necessary tooling adjustments.

📋 Requirements

• OSHA and Enviva safety standards adherence
• Preventive maintenance experience: predictive and proactive procedures
• Hydraulics and mechanical knowledge; lubrication understanding
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and provide own basic tools

✨ Nice to Have

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree a plus
• 3+ years in manufacturing environment
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, vibration analysis
