You'll lead the sales and guest experience strategy in store, driving business targets and elevating talent. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional guest interactions, managing sales floor coverage, and coaching team members to deliver technical product education and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, escalating process or system gaps
• Oversee Sales Service team to execute exceptional guest experience through assessment and coaching
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
• Partner with General Manager to build and execute Sales Service strategy
