  • Manage platform health monitoring and system checks
  • Coordinate incident and service request resolution
  • Lead regular operational status and business review meetings
  • Support contract renewal activities and account expansion

  • 6 to 8+ years of experience in Technical Operations Management
  • Experience supporting CCaaS platforms like Genesys, Five9, or AWS Connect
  • Strong background in client relationship management and consulting
  • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and operational best practices

  • Experience in contact center cloud or on-prem environments
  • Proven ability to manage commercial aspects of managed services
