You'll oversee platform operations and service delivery for CCaaS clients, ensuring stability, performance, and capacity. You'll build strong client relationships as a strategic advisor and primary operational contact. This role offers the chance to drive continuous improvement in a remote, global environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage platform health monitoring and system checks
- Coordinate incident and service request resolution
- Lead regular operational status and business review meetings
- Support contract renewal activities and account expansion
๐ Requirements
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in Technical Operations Management
- Experience supporting CCaaS platforms like Genesys, Five9, or AWS Connect
- Strong background in client relationship management and consulting
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and operational best practices

- Experience in contact center cloud or on-prem environments
- Proven ability to manage commercial aspects of managed services
