💼 About This Role

You'll define and deliver must-watch media for Make's audience, building video capability from scratch. You'll create stories that stop scrolls and make Make unmistakable in a sea of AI stories.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set Make's video strategy and define formats for cut-through storytelling.
• Commission and manage high-impact creative work with external partners.
• Build internal video capability by establishing processes and workflows.
• Deliver video assets for brand campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Lead creative projects end-to-end from concept to impact measurement.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in creative video production with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to concept and produce video content that drives measurable results.
• Strong understanding of digital content channels (YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Experience commissioning and managing external creative partners.

• Familiarity with audio/podcast formats.
• Experience rapidly scaling creative output within AI/automation/SaaS space.
