🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire and develop team members, conduct performance reviews
• Train employees, improve skills, and provide corrective guidance
• Manage operations to maximize branch financial success
• Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews and monitor key metrics

📋 Requirements

• 5 years rental industry experience
• Management role experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong leadership and people management skills
