You'll own the performance, strategy, and growth of major multi-channel paid media accounts. You'll be the subject-matter expert driving data-backed strategies and guiding a team to deliver integrated paid media strategies that ensure real, sustained growth for clients. This client-facing role centers on leading conversations and influencing outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end paid media account strategy and execution.
• Meet pacing KPI requirements and improve performance targets.
• Lead a small team of Media Managers, delegating and developing skills.
• Generate reporting, write insights, and communicate with clients.

📋 Requirements

• 6-10+ years of Paid Media experience
• Experience managing accounts with $100K-$1MM monthly budgets
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms
• Client relationship management and reporting insights

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, or other social platforms
• Knowledge of GA4 and conversion optimization
