You'll lead partner delivery capability development for Okta's Customer First team, ensuring service delivery partners successfully deploy Okta solutions. Your core impact will be accelerating partner maturity and maintaining implementation quality across a defined product domain and regional portfolio. This role offers the chance to work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Sales, and Enablement to scale partner-led delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop delivery capability across assigned partner portfolio
• Guide partners through Service Delivery Partner maturity model
• Review and validate partner go-live submissions
• Track ecosystem capability trends and identify gaps

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in enterprise software delivery or partner success
• Experience working with system integrators or service delivery partners
• Enterprise SaaS deployment familiarity
• Identity and access management concepts understanding

• Familiar with programming languages like .NET, JavaScript, Python, Java
• Familiar with load balancers, reverse proxies, Web Access Management (e.g., F5, Oracle, NGINX)
• Familiar with AI GPTs
