🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist guests with directional and informational inquiries
• Scan tickets and direct guests to appropriate areas
• Control access points to prevent unauthorized entries
• Report policy violations to supervisor or Event Manager

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 0-1 years of related work experience
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and ascend/descend stairs
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Experience in customer service or event staffing
• Knowledge of ADA requirements
• Bilingual skills
