🎯 What You'll Do

• Define regional marketing strategies with leadership to drive long-term ROI
• Lead experimentation roadmap and design measurement frameworks with Data Science
• Act as primary bridge between central and local teams for cross-functional alignment
• Manage multi-million pound budget lines, tracking spend and optimizing plans

📋 Requirements

• Significant marketing or commercial experience in value-led or promotional campaigns
• Ability to interpret complex data using Excel or Looker to develop insight-led strategies
• Strong stakeholder influence with confident communication and presentation to senior leadership
• Self-starter attitude thriving in a matrixed organisation defined by constant change
