💼 About This Role

You'll own the operational and analytical infrastructure for Hopper's rapidly growing travel marketplace, managing daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and FX risk across multiple currencies and payment platforms. You'll lead the selection and implementation of a TMS, driving automation and scalability in treasury workflows. This highly cross-functional role sits at the intersection of finance, product, and operations, offering ownership of the treasury function and direct impact on strategic decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily global cash positions across multiple entities and currencies
• Develop and refine short- and long-term cash flow forecasts for management
• Lead TMS selection and implementation to automate treasury workflows
• Monitor FX exposures and contribute to hedging strategies
• Collaborate with product/engineering on payment flows and new launches

📋 Requirements

• 4-7+ years of hands-on treasury, corporate finance, or payments experience
• Proven experience managing global cash positions and liquidity forecasts across multiple entities/currencies
• Experience leading or contributing to TMS or automated forecasting implementation
• Strong knowledge of cross-border payment infrastructure (SWIFT, ACH, SEPA) and FX risk management

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Familiarity with TMS/ERP platforms (Kyriba, GTreasury, SAP)
• Curiosity about AI/automation tools; practical SQL or LLM experience
• Bachelor's in finance/accounting/economics; MBA, CFA or CTP preferred
