πΌ About This Role
You'll drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within defined mid-market maritime segments, promoting RightShip's Safety, Environmental and Due Diligence solutions. You'll expand adoption of subscription-based digital products while strengthening customer understanding of maritime risk and ESG performance. This role offers the chance to work with a leading maritime due diligence organization committed to global safety and sustainability.
π― What You'll Do
- Achieve annual sales targets across assigned territory or customer segment.
- Acquire new logo customers within small-to-mid fleet operators and regional charterers.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell of inspections, ESG tools, and risk intelligence services.
- Develop and maintain a structured outbound sales pipeline through targeted prospecting.
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Marketing or related discipline.
- 5β8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS or data-driven solutions environment.
- Understanding of shipping operations, vessel risk or compliance frameworks.
- Experience selling subscription or data-driven solutions.

- Knowledge of IMO regulations and ESG frameworks.
