💼 About This Role

You'll handle bookkeeping for US-based clients in a fully remote role. You'll manage accounts receivable, reconciliation, and financial reporting to keep company books accurate. Wing offers long-term job security and performance incentives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor contracts with vendors, consultants, banks, and municipalities.
• Perform accounts receivable functions including invoicing and collections.
• Reconcile all accounts on an as-needed basis.
• Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year proven experience as a bookkeeper with international clients.
• Knowledge of US taxation is preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial/accounting terminologies and practices.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks, Asana, and Excel.

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.
