💼 About This Role

You'll join the Data Platform team to build Anchorage Digital's trusted data platform, powering the transition to Data 3.0. You'll shape unified orchestration patterns, collaborate on governance-as-code systems, and contribute to self-service frameworks that make quality and compliance automatic.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement unified orchestration patterns (Dagster/Airflow) to replace legacy scheduling.
• Develop governance-as-code systems applying policy tags, RLS, and access controls.
• Guide technical design for platform capabilities like data contracts and cost visibility.
• Partner with domain teams to understand needs and design platform capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years building data platforms or infrastructure
• Strong dbt and SQL expertise
• Production data orchestration with Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with metadata platforms (Atlan, Collibra, DataHub)
• Experience with data observability tools (Great Expectations, Monte Carlo)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes)
