You'll orchestrate the end-to-end interview lifecycle for a hyper-growth AI fintech company. You'll drive recruitment operational excellence and ensure a world-class candidate experience while helping scale an international team of over 30 nationalities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across global teams.
• Manage offer generation and approval workflows.
• Maintain and optimize Applicant Tracking System data.
• Assist with high-volume recruitment pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a University program in HR, Psychology, or Business.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby, Greenhouse, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills for recruitment data reporting.
