💼 About This Role

You'll operate a 26 ft box truck to collect sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare customer locations across Hartford, CT. You'll deliver high customer service while complying with DOT regulations daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate 26 ft box truck safely, collecting and delivering medical waste containers
• Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships
• Complete deliveries on schedule and communicate changes clearly
• Load and unload truck per schedule needs, complying with DOT regulations

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years delivery experience with a 26 foot box truck
• Valid DOT medical card
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections

✨ Nice to Have

• Touch freight experience
• Background in soiled linens, ice/liquor/pallets of food product, municipal waste, or medical/office equipment
