📋 Requirements

• Proven senior engineering leadership in hardware-intensive industries
• Experience leading leaders and developing functional managers
• Expertise in engineering processes like configuration management and design reviews
• Background in aerospace, defense, or marine industries

• Experience with wing-in-ground-effect craft or novel vehicle types
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
