🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow engineering teams for IAM and Trust & Safety.
• Drive design of scalable, secure authentication and authorization services.
• Own fraud detection, abuse prevention, and real-time threat response.
• Define roadmap aligned with product strategy and security needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, and Legal.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in people leadership within platform or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong background in Identity & Access Management or Trust & Safety systems.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architectures.
• Experience building detection or security systems at high scale.
