Description

You'll support customers through the car-buying or selling journey by handling inbound and outbound calls, building genuine relationships, and solving problems in real-time. You'll also review and verify sensitive customer documentation with accuracy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new tools with ease
• Resiliency and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle phone calls/casework for up to 10 hours a day
