Description

You will lead projects and tech teams, providing guidance through code reviews and mentorship, designing software architecture, and actively contributing to projects. You'll manage a team of software developers, conduct performance reviews, and participate in leadership meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years building and delivering modern production-grade web applications
• Strong Java programming skills with Spring Boot or Spring Cloud
• Strong JS framework skills (React, Angular, or similar)
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
• Deep understanding of modern web application components (APIs, routing, data storage, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of software developers on a day-to-day basis
• Lead performance reviews and career development conversations
• Write maintainable, testable, and performant software
• Determine technology stack for projects in collaboration with technical director
• Mentor project team, providing feedback and guidance
