💼 About This Role

You'll oversee accounting operations and lead the monthly close process for a fast-growing RIA. Your work ensures accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls, directly supporting the company's scalability and purpose-driven culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, tax, and treasury operations.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Prepare financial reporting packages and support external audits.
• Drive automation and process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

📋 Requirements

• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.

• Experience in wealth management industry.
• Private-equity-backed or high-growth environment experience.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Salesforce.
