Description

You will provide Tier 2 technical support to internal users, manage user identity and access, support onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to IT projects. You'll work on-site in San Francisco, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure a high-quality employee experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years IT support or help desk experience
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, OS, SaaS apps, and networking
  • Experience with user account management and access control
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage user identity and access, including onboarding/offboarding and access control
  • Support new hire onboarding and employee offboarding with device provisioning and account setup
  • Resolve and document IT incidents and service requests using ticketing system
  • Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and AV systems
