Description
You will provide Tier 2 technical support to internal users, manage user identity and access, support onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to IT projects. You'll work on-site in San Francisco, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure a high-quality employee experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years IT support or help desk experience
- Strong knowledge of hardware, OS, SaaS apps, and networking
- Experience with user account management and access control
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user identity and access, including onboarding/offboarding and access control
- Support new hire onboarding and employee offboarding with device provisioning and account setup
- Resolve and document IT incidents and service requests using ticketing system
- Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and AV systems
