💼 About This Role

You'll assist with income tax compliance, tax consulting, and tax strategy for a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company. You will help navigate multi-jurisdictional tax landscapes in a fast-growing environment. This role reports to the Director of Income Tax.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with federal, state, and international income tax compliance
• Prepare tax depreciation for fixed assets
• Assist with quarterly/annual tax provisions and footnote disclosures
• Prepare estimated income tax payments

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of income tax experience
• Proficiency with tax software and advanced Excel
• High technical accuracy in preparing financial data

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA license or actively pursuing
• Master's degree in Tax or Accounting
• Experience with energy, data centers, or high-growth tech sectors
