🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as 'Office of the CFO' at private equity healthcare portfolio companies.
• Lead development of bottoms-up annual budgets and forecasts.
• Assess current state of finance subfunctions and build analytical tools.
• Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio company representatives.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A at a PE-backed company or client-facing advisory role.
• Healthcare industry experience with revenue cycle analytics.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or advanced degree.
• Data analytics tools (Tableau, Alteryx, SQL).
• M&A transaction experience.
