You'll define and own the QA strategy for a healthcare software platform, leading a team of testers and coordinating with engineering on test automation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define QA strategy and quality gates across manual and automated testing
• Lead and grow the QA team for manual software testing
• Establish test automation strategy and coordinate with Engineering
• Own regression cycles and release-readiness checks

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience in software QA including auditable processes
• Track record leading manual and automated testing in complex products
• Experience in leading a team of Software Testers
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, CI/CD, and engineering workflows

• Ability to interpret defect data and identify systemic root causes
