🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks, and milestones
• Address blockers, risks, and escalations with customers or leadership
• Define and improve project management processes and guidelines
• Build and present reports tracking performance and capacity

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of customer-facing project management experience in IT
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities
• Ability to consult clients on additional services opportunities
• Understanding of project financials
