💼 About This Role

You'll lead and grow the Easton, PA office of a civil and environmental engineering consulting firm, taking over an existing portfolio of dam projects while driving business development. You'll serve as the primary technical expert for dam-related projects, including inspections, design, permitting, and compliance. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role with autonomy and support from company leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the Easton, PA office with oversight from company leadership.
• Take over and manage ongoing dam-related projects ensuring timely deliverables.
• Develop new business opportunities in dam safety, rehabilitation, and water resources.
• Serve as primary technical expert for dam inspections, design, permitting, and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in water resources engineering with a focus on dams.
• Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion including budgets and regulatory approvals.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management within engineering.
