💼 About This Role

You'll be Fieldguide's first Solutions Engineer in EMEA, building the foundation for solutions delivery in the region. You'll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to deliver exceptional customer experiences from demo to adoption, shaping audit and advisory digitization across EMEA. This role offers a chance to build new processes and playbooks from the ground up in a fast-paced startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver tailored product demos and proofs-of-concept for EMEA prospects.
• Configure Fieldguide solutions aligning with audit and advisory workflows.
• Support customer implementations including configuration, training, and data migration.
• Develop region-specific demo materials and onboarding playbooks.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering or Implementation Consulting in audit/advisory/SaaS.
• Deep understanding of Assurance, Audit, or Risk Advisory workflows.
• Technical acumen with configuring SaaS systems and mapping business processes.
• Experience working with Big 4, large accounting, or mid-market professional services firms.
