💼 About This Role

You'll join Agicap, a fast-growing scale-up, to build and manage a pipeline of mid-market companies. You'll identify and engage C-level decision-makers using phone, email, and LinkedIn, and own the pipeline from start to finish with an Account Executive. This role offers uncapped commission and a clear path to advancement.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and reach out to key decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct qualification meetings using the SPICED method
  • Showcase Agicap's value through tailored use cases
  • Manage pipeline and support prospects up to closing with AE

📋 Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience as SDR or AE in B2B SaaS
  • Experience engaging C-level executives
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Hunter mentality and results-oriented mindset

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Knowledge of cash flow management
