💼 About This Role

You'll join hyperexponential, a high-growth startup building an AI-powered platform for insurance pricing. You'll own end-to-end delivery of production-grade Python models on hx Renew, working directly with customer actuarial teams. This role offers the chance to solve complex, ambiguous problems at the intersection of technology and insurance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end model delivery on hx Renew from scoping to delivery.
• Build and maintain production-grade Python models.
• Work directly with customer actuarial teams and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior model developers through pairing and feedback.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience shipping production-grade Python code.
• Applied predictive modelling or advanced analytics in real-world settings.
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and translating requirements.
• Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive to completion.

✨ Nice to Have

• Insurance or reinsurance domain exposure.
• Experience with modern software engineering practices like code review and testing.
• Familiarity with hx Renew or similar pricing platforms.
