🎯 What You'll Do

• Formulate backend technical strategy and system architecture plans
• Oversee full lifecycle of backend system development and deployment
• Manage backend security, compliance, and disaster recovery plans
• Build, manage, and develop the backend development team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of backend development experience
• 5+ years of senior backend team management experience
• Proficient in Java, Go, Python, or Node.js
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in compliant digital currency exchanges
• Experience leading backend system transformations (monolith to microservices)
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital asset logic
