You'll provide technical assistance on Inovalon's healthcare data solutions, responding to inbound customer requests via phone, email, and chat. Your core impact is resolving support issues within timeframes with a focus on first call resolution. You'll also document activities in CRM and create knowledge articles to help the team.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Experience with MS Office Products
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with Salesforce ticketing system

โœจ Nice to Have

  • 3+ years call center experience
  • Healthcare IT or medical billing experience
  • Healthcare EDI knowledge (ANSI 835, 837, 270/271)
