You'll provide technical assistance on Inovalon's healthcare data solutions, responding to inbound customer requests via phone, email, and chat. Your core impact is resolving support issues within timeframes with a focus on first call resolution. You'll also document activities in CRM and create knowledge articles to help the team.

๐ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Experience with MS Office Products
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with Salesforce ticketing system

- 3+ years call center experience
- Healthcare IT or medical billing experience
- Healthcare EDI knowledge (ANSI 835, 837, 270/271)
