💼 About This Role

You'll provide rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team. You'll perform evaluations, develop individualized intervention plans, and identify equipment needs to promote independent living. This role offers flexible per-visit scheduling and support from an industry leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' functional status.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects of performance.
• Develop and revise individualized intervention plans.
• Educate patients and family members on rehabilitative care.

📋 Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license.
• One year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
