🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as primary point of contact for nebulaONE subscription clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Monitor client accounts for subscription usage, renewal, and expansion.
- Deliver regular account reviews and usage reports to clients.
📋 Requirements
- 1-2 years of account management or customer success experience in SaaS.
- Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, or SharePoint.
- Excellent organisational skills for multitasking and prioritization.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience working with technical teams and subject matter experts.
- Familiarity with project management fundamentals (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent).
