💼 About This Role

You'll lead a major finance transformation program across Finance and the business, leveraging automation, AI and smarter processes to radically lift efficiency and capability. You'll work in a hybrid role based in Sydney, driving change from strategy to delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across systems, processes and ways of working.
• Drive automation and AI use across the finance function, particularly within D365, reporting and planning tools.
• Move accounting toward continuous close and planning toward continuous forecasting.
• Redesign procurement, AP, AR and credit processes to improve efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• CPA, CA or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience leading finance transformation, ERP, automation or AI-enabled initiatives.
• Confidence working across finance, technology and business teams — and bringing them with you.
• Strong project and change management capability, including vendor coordination.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with D365, Power BI, Fabric or modern data tools.
• Background in vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
