💼 About This Role

You'll serve patients by identifying the best method for retrieving blood and preparing specimens for laboratory testing. Your work will ensure specimen integrity and quality results. This role is onsite in Lebanon, Missouri with Natera.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Verify test requisitions by comparing with nursing station log
• Obtain blood specimens via venipunctures and finger sticks
• Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic technique
• Track collected specimens by initialing and dating

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of phlebotomy experience
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Phlebotomy Certificate if required by state
